Provider offers Users to file complaints via the “Contact us” service of the website Currently Provider does not subscribe to any alternative dispute resolution code or mechanism.

The fee structure is a basis from where Attorneys can negotiate their own fees and Correspondent Attorneys may elect to provide their services in accordance with an allowed one third allowance as allowed by the relevant law society.

Attorneys Online offers various packages, memberships and payment options to cater for and in accordance to the user and member’s needs. (Please see “Attorneys Online Listing Packages”).

All payments must be made by way of debit order and this agreement shall not be valid until such time as the debit order has been completed and signed by you.

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the Website. We may investigate any reported violation of these Conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to user access and/or removing any materials from the Website).

14. Choice of Law

  1. This Website is controlled, operated and administered by Provider from its offices as set out below within the Republic of South Africa.
  2. These Terms will be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the User consents to the jurisdiction of the Witwatersrand High Court in the event of any dispute.
